Hometown Flying Club Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hometown Flying Club website, memberships, and services.

 

1. Membership Agreement

By signing up for a membership, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Follow all safety guidelines and rules provided by Hometown Flying Club.

 

2. Payment and Refund Policy

• Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of signup.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

 

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Respect all staff, members, and facilities.

• Use our aircraft and services responsibly and in compliance with FAA regulations.

• Not engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activity while using our services.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Hometown Flying Club is not liable for:

• Any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our services.

• Any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or misuse of our services.

 

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
