Private Pilot
For the casual pilot looking for local area flying or weekend trips. Allows access to all fleet aircraft at all times. No minimum hours per month, no minimum fees for overnight trips.

For the pilot looking to log some serious time. Access to the entire fleet all the time. Expected usage 10 or more hours per month. No fees for overnight trips.

Student Pilot
For aviators operating on a student pilot certificate. Access to tier 1 aircraft. Training under club authorized instructors. Authorized solo activities.
automatically converts to private pilot membership after receiving Private Pilot Certificate.

Flight Instructor
Flight instructors who want to teach in club aircraft must apply and be accepted by club management.
Access to club aircraft for providing instruction to other club members and for personal use.

Associate
For individuals who do not want to act as pilot in command of a club aircraft but still want to attend club events, network, and fly on club flights with other members.

Owner Member
If you own an aircraft and allow it to be operated under the club you gain access to all of the aircraft in the club fleet and all other club benefits as well as
managed maintenance.

HFC is a membership based flying club. HFC is not a fractional ownership organization. Members hold no equity in the club or its aircraft. No mandatory meeting attendance is required. No guarantee is made for aircraft availability, instructor availability, training timelines or outcomes. Initiation and monthly fees are non refundable. Membership can be canceled at any time. Fleet is available on a first come first served basis. Aircraft availability may change without notice due to maintenance or other factors. Reservations displaced by maintenance will be moved to an aircraft of the same tier or canceled at the discretion of management. Check ride activities and owner operations take priority over personal or instructional rentals.
